Emily Agler joined the Conference USA staff in November 2005 as Associate Director of Marketing and Events. Agler assists with the development and implementation of marketing and promotions programs. In addition, she assists with the promotion and television elements at the league's many Championship events.

Agler has an extensive background in both marketing and promotions at the collegiate level. Prior to her arrival at C-USA, Agler worked for league member Tulane beginning as marketing intern in 2003 and working her way up to Director of Promotions in 2005. During her time in New Orleans, she organized and coordinated all aspects of marketing and promotion activities for all 16 sports programs, while also working as an advisor to the Tulane cheerleaders and dance team.

Prior to Tulane, Agler worked for the University of Cincinnati where she served as an intern in the Marketing and Development offices. Her duties at Cincinnati included managing the "One for One" campaign and working with area boosters to host tailgating events. Agler also worked as a graduate assistant in the Xavier University Office of Graduate Services in 2002-03.

As an undergrad at the College of Mount St. Joseph, Agler captained the tennis team from 1998-2000 where she earned Academic All-HCAC honors as a senior. Off the court, Agler was a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Council and Chi Alpha Sigma National Collegiate Honor Society.

A native of Van Wert, Ohio, Agler completed her bachelor's degree in recreation therapy from MSJ in 2001, and earned her master's in sports administration from Xavier in May 2003.
