    Cincinnati's Allison Couch and TCU's Adam Meyer were selected as the Conference USA Golfers of the Month for April. Couch won two competitions last month, while Meyer won the C-USA Championship and helped the Horned Frogs successfully defend their team crown.

    Cincinnati’s Allison Couch is the Conference USA Women’s Golfer of the Month for April. The junior registered consecutive victories at the Krump Kup and the Bronco Invitational. At the Krump Kup, she captured top individual honors by firing an 82 in the one-day, 18-hole event. At the Bronco Invitational, Couch opened with a 74 in the first round, followed by a closing-round 76 to secure first place in the event. In her other two competitions in April, Couch posted top-25 finishes in the Lady Eagle Invitational and the Conference USA Championship.

    TCU’s Adam Meyer is the Conference USA Men’s Golfer of the Month for April. Meyer posted a nine-stroke victory en route to winning individual medalist honors and helped his Horned Frog squad successfully defend their team crown at the 2004 Conference USA Championship. The senior, who was the only player in the field to break par everyday of the event, was a stroke from tying former TCU standout Bret Guetz’s championship record of 11-under set at 2002 championship. Meyer was named the Golf World National Men’s College Golfer of the Week following his victory at the C-USA Championship.
