Stillwater, Okla. – For the second consecutive day, Houston’s Brett Callas carded an 81 at the par-72, 7,095-yard Karsten Creek Golf Course in the third round of the 2003 NCAA Men’s Golf Championship on Thursday. This year’s championship is being hosted by Oklahoma State University.

Callas’ third round began with back-to-back bogeys on holes No. 10 and 11. He countered with his only birdie of the day on the par-4 12th. After three rounds, he currently is 25-over par with a 241 total for the championship.

Auburn’s Lee Williams is the competition’s individual leader with a two-round total of three-under par 141, while host Oklahoma State sits atop the team leader board.

The field will be cut down after Thursday’s third round to the top 18 teams and the top six individual competitors.
