Tulsa Head Coach Vince Westbrook:
"I thought we competed well. I thought we were very solid in the doubles, the Soriano brothers played pretty solid at the bottom in number three. At number one, we played solid and the two Oklahoma kids were playing well in the middle, so we were on the way to sweep the doubles like we did the last time we played SMU."

"The number one match is a good matchup for SMU. There top guy is one of the better players in college tennis I think he's the type of player that is tough for Arnau to play. I think Arnau kind of figured him out through the match, and I think it would have been an interesting third set."

"At number two, we were in trouble. That guy is a grinder we beat him last time pretty easily. He was playing a lot better this time. At number three, Ricardo kicked it into another gear and played great tennis. With him playing like that we're capable of beating any team in the country. He has had a sub-par year and has really turned it on the last two weeks."

"At number four, Will Gray is making some changes in his game and trying to be more aggressive, and he stayed focus today. He's a big part of our team, and when he's winning, we're winning regardless of who we play."

"Once again our depth is as good as anyone in college tennis when we have Camacho at number five and Cunningham at number six. I didn't see us losing a match today. If we were going to lose a match it was going to be at number one."

About the matchup against Rice:
"Rice beat us 5-2 last time we played in Houston. They thumped us. We have to go out there and play. I feel pretty good. I feel like our doubles is a lot stronger. Of course, we were without Arnau and Ross Cunningham the last go-round. Take those two players and put them back in and it's a different team."

"Rice has a ton of experience. They beat Texas this year, who's the number three team in the country. I think their doubles is strong and they have some very experienced players. We'll be ready to tee it up tomorrow."

What does the win over SMU after losing last week to them do for your confidence:
"I think with us making a run, beating Oklahoma 4-0, beating Memphis 4-0 and now SMU 4-0, and we're semi-healthy, and as we move forward the guys are figuring out this is what we need to be doing. We can get a point anywhere in our top six. We don't have a hole in singles and our three doubles teams are pretty solid, and that's kind of what we've been patching together the past two weeks. Now we're seeing what we were doing at the beginning of March when we were knocking off a lot of good teams. You can see the difference now. If there's a time for it to all come together it's now. Rice had a heck of a match today and so did we, so it will be interesting tomorrow."
