Five Conference USA players, including three Tulane standouts, have been named to the Cape Cod Baseball League All-Star Game, the league announced on Wednesday. Green Wave infielder Brad Emaus, pitcher Daniel Latham and outfielder Warren McFadden are joined by Houston pitcher Ricky Hargrove and Rice catcher Danny Lehmann in the league's all-star contest.

Emaus leads his squad with 20 RBI - which ranks second overall in the CCBL. He is tied for the team lead with five doubles and five stolen bases and has drawn 20 walks.

McFadden is tied for the Cape lead with six home runs while pacing his squad with 17 walks. He has started all 32 games and is hitting .254 with three doubles and a pair of triples.

Latham has appeared in 14 games in relief, posting a 2-1 record while ranking fourth in the league with seven saves. He is tied for his team's lead with a 1.69 ERA after allowing just three runs in 16.0 innings of work, and has finished all 14 games he has played in during the season.

Hargrove is 2-0 with a 0.76 ERA in six appearances this season. He has allowed only three earned runs in 35 1/3 innings and has struck out 27, while walking 14.

Lehmann is hitting .242 with four doubles, a home run and five RBI. He has appeared in 20 games, including 17 at catcher.

The 44th annual Cape Cod League All-Star Game will take place this Saturday, July 29. First pitch is slated for 4:05 p.m. EDT at Red Wilson Field in South Yarmouth, Mass. Fans can follow the action online at www.capecodbaseball.org.
