College football journalists and fans can follow University of South Florida quarterback Marquel Blackwell at www.MarquelBlackwell.com, a website designed by TransWorld Diversified Services, Inc. The site will follow Blackwell throughout his 2002 senior season.

Blackwell, who has led the Bulls to a 21-10 record in his 31 starts over the last three years, is among a talented group of senior quarterbacks throughout the nation, including Ken Dorsey (Miami), Jason Gesser (Washington State), Kliff Kingsbury (Texas Tech), Byron Leftwich (Marshall) and Dave Ragone (Louisville).

Blackwell has essentially claimed authorship rights to the USF record book in both passing and total offense during his three-year career. His complete game-by-game statistics are available on the site, along with a complete biography, his personal background complete with youth photos and Blackwell's Top 10 Lists, which will become a rotating feature. The site will also make available video and audio clips as the season gets underway.

"Continuing TransWorld's strong commitment to USF, TW Creative Communications donated our services to create an interactive web site promoting a unique athlete with amazing abilities," says Debra Roberts, general manager and creative director for TW Creative Communications.

"I'm both humbled and appreciative," says Blackwell. "I realize football is a team sport and I will find ways to recognize my teammates and the important role each one plays in the success of our program. Especially my offensive line!"

Blackwell will graduate from USF on August 10th and the site will include photos and video from the special day. Since he used a redshirt season in 1998, Blackwell will remain enrolled in classes this fall and finish out his football eligibility.

South Florida will play this season as an Independent before joining Conference USA for the 2003 season. USF has been a member of C-USA in all other sports since the league's inception in 1995.
