USF-UAB Football Game to Air on ESPN

ESPN has announced that it will televise the USF at UAB football game at Legion Field in Birmingham on Wednesday, November 3. The contest will air on ESPN 2, beginning at 6:00 p.m. CDT.

The game was originally scheduled for Saturday, November 6.

The change will give both schools a record number of national television appearances. This will give USF four ESPN games, with its contests against Pittsburgh (Sept. 6), at Louisville (Oct. 22) and at home vs. Memphis (Nov. 26 or 27) having been previously announced. UAB will be making three national TV apperarances for the first time, with its games at Florida State (Sept. 18) and at home vs. TCU (Oct. 15) already on the network's schedule.

Conference USA now has a total of 15 regular season games slated to air on ESPN or ESPN2 this fall.
