Norman, Oklahoma - University of Tulsa junior golfer Nicolas Geyger was named to the Division I PING All-Central Region team, as announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America.

Geyger earns all-Central Region accolades for the second consecutive season. He tallied a team-best 73.3-stroke average in 32 rounds this year.

Geyger finished among the top-20 in seven of 11 tournaments this season, including five times in the top-10. He turned in first-place finishes at The Landfall Tradition and the National Invitational, giving him four career fist-place performances.

The PING All-Region teams consist of the top 15 individuals in their region in the Individual Ranking System. Additionally, any player ranked in the top 75 according to Golfstat or the Sagarin rankings not included in their region's top 15 are added to their All-Region team. Members of the PING All-Region teams are eligible for PING All-America honors.
