MEN'S GOLFER OF THE WEEK (10/24)
JHARED HACK - UCF
Fr., Sanford, Fla. (Circle Christian)

Competing in a tournament that featured 18 of the top squads in the nation, Hack tied for 10th at the 2007 Isleworth-UCF Collegiate Invitational. The freshman posted a three-round total of 214 (-2), helping the Knights to a seventh-place showing at the 18-team event. The finish was the best for the Knights in four years of action at the event. Hack carded a one-under 71 to open the event and posted a third-round 69 (-3). The third-round performance was good for a season-low for the rookie. Thanks to Hack's performance, the Knights concluded the tournament ahead of four teams ranked in the top-20 of the Golfweek/Sagarin Performance Index: No. 6 Florida State, No. 8 Stanford, No. 10 Texas A&M and No. 19 South Carolina. This season, Hack has finished in the top-10 in three of UCF's four events. This is the first career weekly honor for Hack.
