TOUGH LUCK
Of Conference USA's 34 non-conference losses, a total of 21 have been come by one goal, including four in overtime. Eight of the nine C-USA teams have suffered at least one loss by one goal (with Marquette being the only school that has not).

For the third time in the last four years, Conference USA has six teams that have won 10 or more matches. Saint Louis, UAB, Memphis, Louisville, South Florida and Marquette have all won at least 10 times. Six teams also reached the 10-win plateau during the 1998 and 1997 seasons.

2000 C-USA TOURNAMENT
The 2000 Conference USA Men's Soccer Tournament took place Thu. Nov. 9-Sun., Nov. 12 in St. Louis, Mo. Saint Louis became the first team in league history to win an outright regular season title and the conference tournament in the same season with a 2-1 win over UAB in the championship match.
