Tulsa, Oklahoma - Tulsa senior forward Eric Burkholder was named to the College Soccer News National Team of the Week, as announced today by that same publication. He joins junior Eric DeFreitas and senior Todd Goddard who were selected to the team on Nov. 5 and Sept. 24, respectively.

Burkholder tallied two goals for Tulsa in a 3-2 victory over FIU in the Conference USA Championship game, earning TU its first tournament title since the Golden Hurricane won the Missouri Valley Conference Championship in 1991, as well as the first NCAA tournament bid since 2004.
