Tulsa, Okla. - The University of Tulsa's men's tennis team (19-6) has made school history on the heels of its second-straight Conference USA Championship by climbing to a program-best No. 16 ranking in the latest Fila/ITA national rankings.

The previous high for the team was a No. 21 ranking achieved earlier this season.

TU also placed a pair of individuals in the poll, with Arnau Brugues garnering a No. 6 ranking and Ricardo Soriano checking in at No. 102.

The doubles team of Diego Camacho and Ross Cunningham stayed in the doubles rankings this week at No. 41.

The Hurricane has wrapped up the regular season and the C-USA tournament and now only waits to find out who it will face and where after earning the automatic bid by winning the conference tournament.

The bracket for the 123rd NCAA Division I Men's Tennis Championships will be announced between 1:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 1 on ESPNews. First and second round matches will be played at 16 campus sites on May 11-12, with the final 16 teams advancing to the finals in Athens, Ga.
