Box Score Game Four Quotes TULSA, Okla. - SMU used a hot shooting second half to rally from a four-point halftime deficit to down UCF, 79-58, in the final game on Thursday of the 2007 C-USA Women's Basketball Championship at the Donald W. Reynolds Center on the campus of the University of Tulsa. Junior Janielle Dodds led three SMU players in double-figures with a game-high 24 points. UCF (8-22) led by as many as eight in the first stanza and led 30-26 at the break. SMU (18-11) then scored the first eight points to begin the second half and never looked back, eventually stretching its lead to the final margin of 21 points. SMU shot 20-for-32 in the second half, a 65.5 percent clip, and out-scored UCF 53-28. Fellow junior Katy Cobb scored a season-high 19 points, while Jillian Samuels was the third Mustang in double-figures with 10. Dodds just missed a double-double with eight rebounds and Elbie Gates led her team with nine boards. Francine Houston led UCF with 23 points and was the only Golden Knight in double-figures. Keunta Miles had 11 rebounds for UCF and also added nine points. With the win, SMU advances to play No. 3 East Carolina at 8:30 p.m. on Friday.
