TCU Women's Basketball Squad Joins DePaul in AP Top 25 Poll

TCU joined DePaul in the latest Associated Press Top 25 poll as announced today. The Horned Frogs jumped on the chart at No. 25 after defeating Louisville 60-41 for the Conference USA Tournament championship the previous day. DePaul fell to No. 16.

In addition to Louisville, the Frogs' defeated USF and upset then-No. 12/11 DePaul, which won the regular-season championship with a 13-1 league record. TCU was seeded fourth for the tournament and knocked off the Nos. 1, 2 and 5 seeds. Louisville was the second seed and USF No. 5. All three teams TCU defeated had posted at least 20 victories heading into the games.
