USF To Face Wake Forest On The Road In WNIT 2nd Round on Monday

The USF women’s basketball team will face Wake Forest in Winston Salem, NC on Monday at 7 p.m. in the second round of the Sportsview.tv Women’s National Invitation Tournament (WNIT). The Demon Deacons (16-14) advanced by defeating Charlotte 100-75 Friday night.

The Bulls (21-10), in the midst of its best season in program history, move onto the second round by handing in-state rival Florida a 61-56 loss Thursday night in the Sun Dome.

The winner of the USF-Wake Forest game will face the winner of the St. John’s-West Virginia game at on a date to be determined.
