Tulsa, Oklahoma - Tulsa junior Jillian Robbins has received 2006 Kodak/WBCA All-America Honorable Mention honors by the Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) and Eastman Kodak Company.

A 6'1" forward from Spring, Texas, Robbins was named to the Kodak/WBCA all-Region IV team and was one of 48 finalists for the Kodak/WBCA All-America teams, which is in its 32nd year and is the longest running sponsorship in women's athletics. She was one of 10 juniors named to the All-America teams and one of nine to receive honorable mention. Robbins was the only player from Conference USA to receive any kind of All-America honors this season.

Robbins was selected as an honorable mention All-American last week by the Associated Press, and was one of only two honorable mention players to receive first-team votes.

This past year, Robbins turned in one of the most dominant seasons in school history, averaging 17.9 points, 12.8 rebounds, 2.9 steals and 2.3 blocks per game, and reaching double figure scoring in all 32 contests. She was named the Conference USA Player of the Year, Defensive Player of the Year, Tournament MVP, and was an all-C-USA first team selection. She was named the Conference USA Player of the Week a league record six times and became just the third player in league history to lead the conference in both scoring and rebounding in the same season. Robbins also set C-USA single season marks for rebounds (409) and rebounding average (12.8).

She led Tulsa to its first regular season and conference tournament titles, and to the school's first-ever NCAA Tournament appearance, where TU captured the school's first postseason tournament victory, and helped the Golden Hurricane to its first 20-win season with a 26-6 overall record.
