Louisville Adds Stacie Terry to Its Women's Basketball Staff
Louisville, Ky -- University of Louisville women's basketball has
added Stacie Terry to its coaching staff, announced head coach Martin Clapp
today. Terry will join Kelley Hall and Lisa Diefenthaler on Clapp's staff.
"Stacie will be a great asset to our program on and off the court,"
said head coach Martin Clapp. "She has a great understanding of the game
and will be able to use her communications degree out in the community to
help promote our program.
"Stacie had an outstanding career at UT-Arlington where she was an
All-Southland Conference player and led the league in three-point field goal percentage her senior year."
Terry played shooting guard for UT-Arlington from 1994 to 1998. She
was named first team All-Southland Conference her senior year and led the
league in three-point field goal percentage(38.4). She also led the team in scoring, averaging 17.4 points.
Terry played overseas in Poland in 1999 and returned to UT-Arlington
as a graduate assistant coach. She received a degree in Broadcast
Journalism from UT-Arlington in 1998.
