DePaul to Host NCAA Women’s Basketball First & Second Rounds In 2006

The NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Committee has selected the first- and second-round sites for the 2005 and 2006 NCAA Division I Women’s Basketball Championships and DePaul will serve as a host in 2006 at the Allstate Arena it was announced today.

The first- and second-rounds for the 2005 and 2006 championships will be conducted at eight predetermined sites each year, which represents a format change from the 16 first- and second-round sites each year.

DePaul will host at the Allstate Arena and that will be one of eight sites to host games either Saturday, March 18, and Monday, March 20 or Sunday, March 19, and Tuesday, March 21, 2006.

Below are the sites that were selected for the 2006 NCAA Women’s Basketball first- and second rounds.
