CONFERENCE USA WOMEN'S BASKETBALL SHOOTING STARS (Tues., Dec. 8)
Junior G Mystee Dale recorded a career-high 15 points to lead Marshall to a 56-47 victory over George Washington at the Smith Center. Dale was one of three double-digit scorers for the Herd. Senior F Kendra King tied a career-high with 14 points while junior F Tynikki Crook also notched 14. Marshall (4-4) finished the game on a 22-7 run. After being down 40-33 with 14 minutes remaining, the Herd went on the run while holding the Colonials (2-6) without a point for a stretch of 10:44.

Senior F Larrissa Williams netted her 32nd career double-double with 20 points and 13 rebounds, but it wasn't enough as Tulsa (3-4) dropped an 88-73 decision to Missouri State at the John Q. Hammons Arena in Springfield, Mo. Junior G Tatum Beer also scored in double-figures as she hit four three-pointers for 12 points.
