UALR and McNeese State are set to face C-USA foes Southern Miss and Tulane, respectively, at 7 p.m. Houston looks to get back into the winning column as the Cougars host Big 12 member Kansas at 7 p.m. The Green Wave is currently on a league-best five-game winning streak, followed by Marshall's four.

UAB POSTPONED GAME AGAINST SEMO
UAB's game against Southeast Missouri State originally scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 22 has been postponed. Both programs are working to reschedule the game at a later date. The game was postponed due to inclement weather and a change in travel plans for UAB's return from the St. John's-Chartwells Holiday Classic in Queens, N.Y. UAB's next game will be on Dec. 30 against Austin Peay in Clarksville, Tenn. Tipoff is slated for 7 p.m. (CT).

UCF WILL FACE ANOTHER TOP RANKED TEAM
Upon return from the holiday break, UCF will host a very tough and talented Notre Dame team on Dec. 29. The Fighting Irish is ranked fourth in the country. The game will be nationally televised on CBS College Sports starting at 12 p.m. Eastern. Deb Antonelli and Dave Ryan will be calling the action.

EAST CAROLINA TOP'S C-USA
East Carolina is the first C-USA team to reach 10 wins for the second-straight season (10-1). ECU is 10-1 for only the third time in program history and the first since the NCAA officially recognized women's basketball in 1982.

The Lady Pirates have now defeated five teams that qualified for the 2009 postseason - Charlotte (NCAA), Western Carolina (NCAA), American (WNIT), VCU (NCAA) and South Florida (WNIT Champion).

The 103 points scored against Houston Baptist are the seventh-most for a single game in program history and marked the first time the team has reached the 100-point plateau since a 125-119 quadruple overtime loss to former C-USA member TCU in 2004.

ECU has secured the best non-conference record since Baldwin-Tener has been the head coach, as a 9-4 mark last season was the previous standard. The Lady Pirates also secured an undefeated (6-0) non-conference home record for the first time since the 1996-97 season.

The Lady Pirates have won 19 of their last 24 non-conference games and 20 of their last 25 contests at Minges Coliseum.

TIGERS ARE OH SO CLOSE
Of Memphis' five losses, four have been by single digits, and one was a 10-point loss (a combined 28 points). In the last game, the Tigers got scoring from 10 of the 11 players who played against Northwestern State. Memphis is in the midst of a three-games-in-five days stretch and will finish the stretch with a road game at Louisiana Tech Tuesday night.
