    Day two of the 2003 Conference USA Tournament is complete. Sixth-seeded DePaul has advanced to its first-ever C-USA Championship match with a 2-0 victory over seventh-seeded Tulane in the first semifinal match at Charlotte's Transamerica Field. Saint Louis, the No. 5 seed, upset top-seed UAB, 3-0, to secure its first-ever appearance in the final match.

    Semifinal Two
    Fifth-seeded Saint Louis (14-5-2) scored twice in the second half en route to a 3-0 upset of top-seeded UAB (13-5-1) in Thursday’s second semifinal match of the 2003 Conference USA Women’s Soccer Tournament. The Billikens advance to meet sixth-seeded DePaul in Saturday’s championship contest at Charlotte’s Transamerica Field at 2 p.m. (ET).

    Semifinal One
    Midfielder Lauren Spacht scored two first-half goals to lead DePaul (14-6-1) to a 2-0 semifinal victory over Tulane (12-7-1) and its first-ever appearance in the Conference USA Women’s Soccer Championship. The Blue Demons will meet the winner of Thursday’s second semifinal between fifth-seeded Saint Louis and top-seeded UAB at 2 p.m., on Saturday at Charlotte’s Transamerica Field.

    Day one saw league history made as three of the four matches go to double overtime and two were decided on penalty kicks.
