CHICAGO – DePaul’s softball team will open the 2002 NCAA Tournament as the No. 2 seed in Minneapolis, Minn next weekend.

The Blue Demons (46-9) will face fifth-seeded Penn State (32-24) on Thursday. Game times will be announced on Monday morning.
